Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling work for CoachVents LLC services purchased on coachvents.com. It applies to conferences, webinars, and 1 to 1 sessions. This Policy is available on our Website and is referenced at checkout where applicable.

Definitions
Conference means an in person or hybrid event with a scheduled date and time.
Webinar means a live online session with a scheduled date and time, and may include access to a recording if stated on the checkout page.
1 to 1 session means a private session delivered online or as otherwise described at checkout.
Order means a paid booking, ticket, registration, subscription, or other paid access.
General rules
Requests must be sent from the email used at checkout, or you must provide reasonable proof that you are the purchaser.
Refunds, when approved, are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
After we issue a refund, your bank or card provider may take time to post it. Refunds commonly appear within 5 to 10 business days.
If any part of the service has already been delivered, your refund may be reduced or declined, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If prices or taxes were shown at checkout, approved refunds cover the amount paid for the refunded item.
All timeframes in this Policy are calculated based on the event or session start time in the time zone shown at checkout.
Refunds cover the amount paid for the refunded item. Any nonrefundable processing fees charged by third parties, if applicable, are deducted only where permitted by law and disclosed at checkout.
Conference tickets and registrations
Cancellation by you
A) Full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled start time of the Conference.
B) No refund if you cancel within 14 days of the scheduled start time, unless required by applicable law.
Ticket transfers
If you cannot attend, you may request a ticket transfer to another attendee up to 48 hours before the Conference start time. Transfers are subject to reasonable verification and any event capacity rules.
Event changes by us
If we cancel a Conference, you can choose either a full refund or a credit for a future event, unless a different remedy is required by law.
If we reschedule a Conference, you may choose to keep your ticket for the new date, transfer it, or request a refund within 14 days after we notify you of the change, unless the change is minor. If the new date is not acceptable to you, we will act reasonably and in good faith.
Webinars
Cancellation by you
A) Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Webinar.
B) No refund if you cancel within 24 hours of the start time, after the Webinar has started, or after access has been granted, unless required by applicable law.
Recordings and digital access
If a Webinar includes a recording, access rules and availability are as described at checkout. If access to a recording or other digital materials is granted immediately, refunds may not be available once access has been granted, unless required by law.
Webinar changes by us
If we cancel a Webinar, you can choose either a full refund or a credit.
If we reschedule a Webinar, you may keep your registration for the new date or request a refund within 14 days after we notify you.
1 to 1 sessions
Rescheduling
A) You may reschedule once without charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.
B) Additional rescheduling requests may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, at our discretion, and subject to availability.
Cancellations by you
A) Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
B) No refund if you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, unless required by applicable law. In this case, we may offer a reschedule at our discretion, depending on the reason and availability.
No shows
If you do not attend a scheduled 1 to 1 session and do not notify us in advance, the session is treated as delivered and is not refundable.
Changes by us
If we need to cancel or reschedule a 1 to 1 session, we will offer you a reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible within a reasonable time, we will issue a refund for the session.
Subscriptions, if offered
Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription through your account settings if available, or by emailing office@coachvents.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Refunds
Subscription charges are nonrefundable once the billing period has started, unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated at checkout.
EU and UK consumer right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days for certain purchases made at a distance, subject to exceptions.
Important exceptions often apply to services related to leisure activities for a specific date or period, and to digital content once performance begins or access is granted, when you have requested immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right, where permitted by law.
If the right of withdrawal applies and you withdraw, we will process the refund as required by law. If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you may owe a proportional amount for services already provided, where permitted by law.
How to request a refund or cancellation
Email office@coachvents.com with:
A) the name and email used at checkout
B) the event name or session type
C) the scheduled date and time
D) your order reference or receipt number, if available
We will respond within a reasonable time and within any timeframe required by applicable law.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you have an issue, please contact us first at office@coachvents.com so we can try to resolve it quickly. This does not limit any rights you may have with your card issuer or under applicable law.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date.
