Effective Date: March 19, 2026

Last Updated: March 19, 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, transfers, and rescheduling work for services, events, sessions, registrations, subscriptions, digital access, and related purchases made from CoachVents LLC through coachvents.com or any related checkout, booking, or registration page.

This Policy applies unless a specific offer, event page, booking page, checkout page, invoice, written agreement, or service description states different terms for a particular offering. If specific terms are presented for a particular offering, those specific terms will apply to that offering.

4. GENERAL RULES

4.1 Refunds, when approved, are generally issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

4.2 After a refund is issued, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

4.3 If any part of the purchased service has already been delivered, attended, accessed, downloaded, used, or made available to you, the refund may be reduced or refused to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4.4 Approved refunds cover the amount paid for the refunded item. Any nonrefundable third party processing fees may be deducted only where permitted by law and where properly disclosed before purchase.

4.5 Time periods in this Policy are calculated by reference to the start time and time zone shown at checkout, in the booking confirmation, or in the event details.

4.6 If a refund is required by applicable law, this Policy will be interpreted and applied accordingly.

5. CONFERENCES

5.1 Cancellation by you

a) You may cancel a Conference booking for a full refund if you request cancellation at least 14 days before the scheduled start time.

If you cannot attend, you may request a transfer of your Conference booking to another attendee up to 48 hours before the Conference start time, subject to verification, operational feasibility, and any reasonable event capacity or registration rules.

5.3 Changes or cancellation by us

a) If we cancel a Conference, you may choose either:

i) a full refund, or

ii) a credit toward a future event, where offered.

b) If we reschedule a Conference, you may:

i) keep your booking for the new date,

ii) request a transfer where available, or

iii) request a refund within 14 days after we notify you of the change, unless the change is minor.

6. WEBINARS

6.1 Cancellation by you

a) You may cancel a Webinar booking for a full refund if you request cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
